Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills è un corso interattivo progettato per aiutare i team e gli individui a sviluppare competenze di facilitazione, in modo da poter aiutare i team a risolvere meglio i problemi, costruire il consenso e promuovere la trasparenza.
I grandi Scrum Team sono auto-gestiti, cross-funzionali e hanno le capacità e le competenze necessarie per raggiungere risultati di successo. Tuttavia, le interazioni tra i team non sempre vanno come previsto e possono causare conflitti o blocchi. Una facilitazione efficace può aiutare il team a progredire verso i risultati desiderati.

In questo corso di un giorno per lo sviluppo delle competenze, i partecipanti impareranno a diventare migliori facilitatori per creare interazioni più efficaci con i loro Scrum Team, con gli stakeholder ed i clienti. Impareranno ad adottare la facilitazione come approccio e a mettere in pratica i valori di Scrum.

Gli studenti avranno inoltre l’opportunità di affrontare una serie di scenari comuni legati a Scrum applicando diverse tecniche di facilitazione che potranno aggiungere alla loro collezione di pratiche agili. Creeranno il proprio “piano” di facilitazione e lo useranno per migliorare la prossima discussione di gruppo o il prossimo Sprint Event.

Il corso copre tutti gli argomenti relativi all’assessment per la certificazione Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS).

Valutazione e certificazioni

Tutti i partecipanti che completano il corso Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills riceveranno una password per accedere all’assessment Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills. I partecipanti al corso PSFS che tentano l’assessment PSFS entro 14 giorni dal corso e non ottengono un punteggio minimo dell’85% potranno fare un secondo tentativo senza costi aggiuntivi.
