The course adopts a user-centric approach, demonstrating how discovery, development, and delivery work together to create an empirical end-to-end product development process.

- Identify what assumptions we are making
• Know ways to select what assumptions need to be validated
• Select what assumptions to validate first
• Define the right data to gather to test the hypothesis
• Determine the desired signal strength needed to validate hypotheses
• Manage costs for running experiments based on the desired signal strength and confidence level
• Formulate a hypothesis to validate assumptions
• Apply suitable facilitation techniques for high-level of creativity and diversity in solutions
