This PAL training focuses on in-depth information about transformations and leadership. Do you want to become proficient in guiding and coaching individuals in your team? Then the Certified Agile Coach – Professional (ICP-ACC) training is a better match for you.

Our Professional Agile Leadership program is a unique two-day practice-oriented training. All Agile leadership competencies and qualities are further developed. We train people in effective leadership and we help you become a better (Agile) leader, regardless of your current role. The common thread of this training is to improve the working environment based on Agile values, best practices and various methodologies. After following this 2-day training, you have taken a new step to intensify your role as an Agile leader.

• Challenges of an Agile Leader: in addition to helping others grow, we focus on personal leadership. Which activities contribute and which hinder effective Agile leadership?

Lunch:

During the training there is room for interruptions where you become provided with coffee, tea and other refreshments. Lunch is also provided in the afternoon.
