Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials
Live Virtual Class, May 28-29, 2025

In the Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (PAL-E) class, leaders will gain a deep understanding of the "why" behind the Scrum framework. They will explore important questions such as why Scrum Team members work on objectives rather than tasks and how to hold team members accountable for delivery. By learning the answers to these questions, leaders will discover the key differences between leading in an Agile environment and traditional settings, enabling them to best support their Agile teams.
