Need to Introduce, Refresh or Reboot Scrum?
Scrum.org’s 2-day Applying Professional Scrum (APS) course provides hands-on foundational training for individuals or teams looking for an introduction, reboot or refresher to Scrum. It includes a combination of instruction and exercises within a case study where you’ll experience how the Scrum Framework can improve product delivery.
Throughout the APS course, you’ll participate as part of a Scrum Team utilizing the roles, events and artifacts of the Scrum Framework to build a product incrementally and iteratively. You’ll also experience the principles and values of Scrum while gaining insight on team-based collaboration, self-organization and overcoming complexity.
By emphasizing the practical application of Scrum, this course exposes common missteps and misunderstandings to help you develop an awareness of the associated symptoms and obtain prescriptive guidance to keep Scrum healthy and avoid going off track.
The Applying Professional Scrum course is recommended prior to role-based training for Leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers.
After participating in this class, you'll receive credentials to attempt the PSM I assessment and earn the industry-recognized PSM I Certification. Certification
After completing an Applyging Professional Scrum (APS) course, you'll receive credentials to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment and earn the industry-recognized PSM I Certification. These credentials never expire, however should you attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days after receiving your credentials and not receive a passing score, you'll be granted a 2nd attempt for no additional fee.
Earning your PSM I Certification will make you part of an elite community of 600,000+ PSM I badge holders from around the globe and unlike other Scrum training and certification organizations, your certification will never expire nor require future renewal fees.
