It was a brilliant two-day training
It was a brilliant two-day training led by Andrii Glushchenko.
During the training, we worked through the materials in terms of the different stances of a Scrum Master, as well as how a Scrum Master can serve the team, Product Owner, and organization.
I am grateful to Andrii and the participants for two wonderful days spent in a group of professionals, with whom we consolidated and reflected on our previous experience and identified further steps for professional growth.

Andrii is an exceptional teacher. His attention to details, to technical excellency, and approach to Scrum when scaling is impeccable. Professional scaled Scrum
Great class.
We had profound and valuable discussions, case studies, and experience sharing. I think this class helped me to distinguish mechanical scaled Scrum from professional scaled Scrum. The training helped me to reach a new depth of understanding of Scrum and Nexus frameworks.

My thoughts about PSM II training
My initial expectations were that this training will prepare me exactly for the PSM II exam passing process. In fact, the training was about the best practices of using Scrum in the context of the main responsibilities of SM (Team, PO, Organization).
We did a lot of practical tasks were done, during which really interesting discussions appeared. The training took place in an incredible atmosphere of openness and a desire to share experience, as well as get as much useful information as possible. I want to especially thank the coach, Andrii. He spoke in a very clear and accessible language about his own experience in resolving various issues and situations, perfectly facilitated our work within the group, answered all the questions that we might have.
I definitely recommend the training to everyone who wants to improve their understanding of the mechanics of Scrum, as well as better understand the role of the Scrum Master in the life cycle of a team and organization.

The class went in an opened and positive way. Everyone could ask and clarify any questions and all of them were addressed by the class folks or a host.
I found interesting definitions, clarification and ways of use the scrum comparing to my personal experience.
I got lots of useful information which helped me to pass the PSM 1 exam.

Great course
That was a cool course because I found many ways how I can improve my influence on the transformation in my company. The course doesn't go through the Scrum guide but contains examples, situations, tricky questions to help students think about Scrum deeply and apply their knowledge to their work.

Andrii Glushchenko gained his experience as a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach in a wide range of organizations in Poland and abroad. He is able to inspire with his passion and enthusiasm for building high-value products, building high-performing teams and transforming organizations. Andrii has worked in startups as well as leading large-scale transformations in the banking area. He was a Scrum Master for organizations which were able to effectively compete with giants such as Spotify. He has also facilitated and participated in large-scale Agile transformations. Notably, he participated in the Agile transformation at Raiffeisen Polbank and was an Agile Transformation Leader at BNP Paribas Poland.
During his career, Andrii has conducted numerous coaching sessions, classes, workshops, and facilitated events even with up to 200 participants. In 2019, Andrii trained more than 400 students.
