Este objetivo mejora la transparencia, dirección y foco para que la inspección pueda ser realizada de una manera más apropiada para evaluar el progreso dando como resultado una adaptación con mejor sentido.

It means that there is no need to develop a solution that no one wants or does not fulfill users' expectations.
