As a Project Manager or Scrum Master What’s the biggest challenge or frustration you’re having with your software development team?

What are the solutions you tried to overcome them? Did it work or not?

My biggest challenge is getting people with strong personalities to work together. They are excellent individually but their strong personalities prevent them from forming a collaborative team.

I suggest

1. Start with letting the Team define a Working Agreement.

2. Open up on Sprint Retrospective and make action points.

3. Do some team building activities :)
