Hi,

During Sprint Retrospective, is it correct to discuss methods of communication, the way sprint planning is being done and the definition of done?

Thank you.

Yes on all three counts. Each one of these things is an aspect of how a team has implemented Scrum, and is therefore a valid topic for inspection in a Sprint Retrospective.
