Scrum - the popularity in the world

Hi to all,

Sorry for a little bit strange question, but if you know, would you be so kind to give your opinion: what is the most popular scrum country after the USA? In my mind it should be Germany or maybe India.

How would you gauge popularity?

One measure: the USA is currently served by 52 PSTs, followed by the Netherlands which has 39.
