People usually ask me how I became a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org. They want to hear my experience. So, I have decided to make this video about it.
The process had 9 steps. It took me 4 years to achieve it. It was a journey full of joy and failures.
However, the process has changed quite a bit since I became a PST. See the current PST Candidate Journey here.
I failed 8 times in various steps throughout the journey.
It's not a small goal. So, you need to have a big why and discipline to step in the way.
If you need my support in your PST journey, contact me. I would be happy to accompany you on this wonderful adventure.
If being a PST is on your radar as a goal, share a comment about where you stand now.
I humbly want to say thank you to these people who generously supported me on the journey:
Daphne Harris, Gunther Verheyen, Simon Reindl, Jesse Houwing, John Coleman, Ziryan Salayi, Michal Epstein, Ryan Brook, Stephanie Ockerman
