I liked the balance between theory, tasks and examples.

The content was well-structured and highly relevant, even for someone like me, who works in HR and won’t be using Scrum daily. The training helped me gain valuable insights into how Scrum works and how I can better support the Scrum teams within my organization. Both trainers were extremely knowledgeable and delivered the content in an engaging and accessible way. Their use of real-world examples and interactive discussions made the concepts easier to understand and apply. While I won't be using Scrum in my day-to-day tasks, I now feel much more confident in supporting our Scrum teams and contributing to an agile work environment. Overall, this training has broadened my understanding of agile practices, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge of Scrum, regardless of their role.

Instructors Ana Roje Ivancic and Ognjen Bajic were very enthusiastic, informative and proffesional. The class was well paced and enging. All our questions were answered in a understandable manner and we left the two day class with a sense of empowerment.

The lecturers are excellent, they complement each other, a lot of material was presented and explained over the course of two days, and the course listeners were constantly involved in exercises and activities.

I attended a two-day Scrum training "Applying Professional Scrum." Overall, the class was engaging and immersive. Our instructors, Ana and Ognjen, were knowledgable and ensured we stayed on-track, while making time to answer questions and provide clarity along the way.

The best part about this course is the way we interacted with each other throughout the entire training. We were divided in small teams and were forced together to work in team as we would in the real word. Not only that, the instructors were very helpful! They jumped in breakout rooms, and helped us if there were any confusion about whatever we were working on.

Solid focus on fundamentals and priciples of SCRUM. Practical group exercises should be more guided. Both Ana Roje Ivančić and Ognjen Bajić have significant experience in practicing SCRUM. I would suggest sharing more examples (good and bad) from their own practice.

I felt I learned a lot in a short amount of time. I loved all the participation! Everything was easy to follow. The only issues was some parts were over explained and once I felt I understood it would continue to be explained and I would get confused and no longer feel confident in what I understood. On multiple occasions.

Throughout the course, I captured the basic principles and values ​​of scrum framework.

Great Points

Since I had some knowledge prior to this course, My expectations were big. At first I wasn't sure Ana and Ognjen would deliver, but at the end of day 2, i felt like this was something I really needed. Even thou everything you learn here is "logical", there are more than few rules and principles which are extremly important. We will see how this will work in practice, but nobody said it would be easy. I didn't like the first day of education. Teachers used a method where teams "learn by themselves", without first going through whole theory. In theory this sounds good and works good, but in practice, since everything is timeboxed, it just turns out to be somekind of transcripting (because there is no time to read about it and use your own words, OR since we are a team, we could split, but then I would be learning only half or less stuff, and again there is no time for groups inside teams to teach each other...), from slides or internet, without actually learning anything. There were few more excercises which also turned to be, by my opinion, useless and wasted time which could have been used on other excercises making them less rushed. Second day was good and productive. Teachers taught through lectures, and I'd say this is where I learned the most, because then we could ask a lot of questions which are actually what makes learning connect things. Maybe if FIRST day was lectures and second team tasks, without transcribing but some actual problems from practice. Other than that, overall it was a nice experience and i indeed learned something, upgraded my current knowledge about SCRUM and I thing managed to get what was intended - learn main principles and theory.

Workshop was great, it has given me much better understanding of Scrum, and helped to solve doubts i had.

It was eye opening, I was thinking that I know what is scrum :)

It helped understanding the principals of the framework, no doubt. As all classes can be, this one also was a bit tedious at time. I hope to bring value to the whole team involved by implementing all there is inside of the SCRUM framework.

Even though the course was conducted online and we only were 3 participants, it was taught very interesting in a very interactive way. There was lots of time to ask questions and the two teachers were able to answer all of these in an extensive way. A major part of the course was a case study where we developers directly could transfer our new and refreshed Scrum knowledge into kind-of real world team experiences. The course's slides were well-written, easy to follow, included good examples and visualizations and were presented in an interesting way by our two trainers. We worked with MS Azure DevOps, MS Teams and Mural and these 3 collaboration tools worked together like a charm in times like these where a local event was not possible. . I can definitely recommend the course "Professional Scrum Developer" and the trainers Ana and Ognjen.

Good class overall

Ana and Ognjen are amazing people. Their training is very interesting and interactive and you can learn a lot from it. They are very good at explaining and presenting information related to course. This my second training with them and I would recommend this training for any company.

Perfect coach, all my questions were aswered. Set of teams was not perfect, but not influenced much the training overall.
