Course PAL-E exceeded my expectations!
My heartfelt gratitude to John for the inspiring course PAL-E, full of many real life cases from around the world, discussions from different perspectives, humour and funny stories, valuable insights about connection of maturity levels and consequences (nice cases with delegation poker), processes beyond Scrum teams, focus areas and challenges of Agile Leaders.
Great psychological exercises for self-reflection and incredible level of psychological safety, empathy and support during the classes and preparation for the exams!
Highly recommend to all Agilists, Leaders and Managers!

Outstanding!
I really enjoyed the PSPO-A class and how John read the audience. No matter how small or large the group of participants is, each of them will be engaged, and receive enough attention and advice for real situations. Through a variety of cases and real life stories, you will gain a better understanding of theoretical knowledge, some complex concepts and decision-making approaches. I admire John's patience and his ability to explain complex things so simply and with humour that everyone can understand them. Highly recommend this course to all Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Leaders, VP/ Top Managers!

Caution: John expects attendees to have basic knowledge about scrum. This relevant for certification exam too.

An inspiring course. John Coleman fully engaged the class. There were lots of tips, tools and techniques to take away. The training was delivered using agile principles and I really enjoyed the facilitation. When John said the course wasn't specifically to prepare for the PSM1 assessment, I was apprehensive but John generously provided additional support after the course. University of Westminster Short Courses are well organised and good value.

Enrolling in PAL-EBM with John Coleman was one of the best decisions i have made for my journey. I heard about John many times and knew him from some different streaming platforms and it was such a big pleasure to have course with hime, i learned a lot from his experience. John Coleman was supportive and answered all my questions in a simple way, that i understood the topic from basics. He had simple answers for my complex questions or confusion, most of the time we n the class he tried to teach by real-life examples and help me to define a clear Goal for one of my personal Goal.

First-Class Scrum Training and Facilitation
Despite being aware of the concepts of Scrum and Agile project management methodologies, this was my first formal encounter. I truly enjoyed and appreciated John's knowledge and expertise - but more so his educational style and group facilitation to help the group feel at ease with each other and enhance learning. I thought he went above and beyond in adapting to the group's needs, providing bonus content and embodying Scrum.

PSPO I training
I decided to attend the PSPO I training with John Coleman based on some really positive reviews. But let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! John is incredibly knowledgeable and has a real knack for explaining things in a way that just clicks. We had a lot of hands-on exercises and engaging discussions that made the five hours fly by in no time. When it's time for me to take on the PSPO II, I'll definitely be looking for another training with John. A big thank you to him for such a fantastic experience!

The material is great and John provided us with lots of good examples based on his experience so far. The area where things were not so great was the time which was not that much, and we could have made great use of at least another session.

Well-structured training course, excellent trainer!
Well-structured training course, delivered by John Coleman at the University of Westminster. John is extremely knowledgeable, explains concepts well, and imparts useful tools and memory aids to help retain the knowledge. I passed the exam first time, so can attest to how well this worked! John also conducted three follow-up sessions with the class in which we went through the Scrum Open Assessments and a couple of other practice tests. This was helpful, as it helps to prepare oneself for the type of wording used in the real exam.

I had a wonderful experience with John as my PSPO-A trainer
John is an excellent trainer who brings a fantastic perspective to the training I had - he is an expert in Scrum, but his experience is so much broader than that, and he could sometimes assimilate opposing framework views and opinions and discuss all of it with confidence - the kind of confidence that makes you confident when you leave the room! His exam prep sessions alone are worth the price of the training.

Practical course on scaling Scrum
John gives lots of insight and shares his own real-world experiences. His course was engaging and practical. I really enjoyed how he combined other facets to compliment the course such as Kanban, Lean, LeSS, Flight Levels and references to others in the community and their material. Would definitely take more courses from him again and recommend him to others.

John Coleman is an excellent coach and trainer and I would recommend him without hesitation. I attended his PSM II training and the assessment readiness call and not only was I extremely well prepared to pass the PSM II exam quickly and easily, but I learned so much of value that was immediately applicable to my work as an Agile Coach, and was introduced to new ideas, tools and books to explore as a next step. I had the privilege to have undertaken the PSPO course accredited by Scrum.org with John Coleman. It was a great learning and experiment session. The real-time examples and scenarios made the sessions more interactive and interesting to learn.
John Coleman does a phenomenal job at organizing the PSPO course to keep everyone fully engaged. Really enjoyed and learned a lot about Scrum world in 3 days. He's very humorous and was generous in sharing his experience. He also recommended some great books.

A wonderful experience

Rewarding class
I liked the way this class is organized. Instead of going through all theoretical aspects, we, class attendants, are requested to go through some guides before hand so that the class can focus on the practical aspects and be more interactive. I really liked this model. It really allows to optimize the time we had with John with very nice exercices and discussions.
Also, the session dedicated to prepare the exam are very useful.

Freshen up my PO skills
I wanted to freshen up my PO skills given that the last Scrum PSPO I certificate I earned was in 2017. I had attended John Coleman classes before and I love his way of teaching so I gladly sign up for this. CSPO Training Feedback
Though I have working experience in Agile, the trainer and the training artefacts provided more insights. Workshops were good and interactive. Discussion with multiple people provides more exposure. Queries are clarified with real life examples which was more interesting. One suggestion would be to include workshop use cases based on the training participants work Industry.

An inspiring course. John Coleman fully engaged the class. There were lots of tips, tools and techniques to take away. The training was delivered using agile principles and I really enjoyed the facilitation. When John said the course wasn't specifically to prepare for the PSM1 assessment, I was apprehensive but John generously provided additional support after the course. University of Westminster Short Courses are well organised and good value.

I decided to attend the PSPO I training with John Coleman based on some really positive reviews. But let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! Well-structured training course, delivered by John Coleman at the University of Westminster. John is extremely knowledgeable, explains concepts well, and imparts useful tools and memory aids to help retain the knowledge. I passed the exam first time, so can attest to how well this worked! John also conducted three follow-up sessions with the class in which we went through the Scrum Open Assessments and a couple of other practice tests. This was helpful, as it helps to prepare oneself for the type of wording used in the real exam.

Rewarding class
I liked the way this class is organized. Instead of going through all theoretical aspects, we, class attendants, are requested to go through some guides before hand so that the class can focus on the practical aspects and be more interactive. I really liked this model. It really allows to optimize the time we had with John with very nice exercices and discussions.
Also, the session dedicated to prepare the exam are very useful.
I highly recommend this class.

Amazing PSPO walkthrough!
John is amazing and the way he explains, and sites examples are awesome. The entire course was designed nicely with hands-on which made it more easily understandable as we all had to think on it and perform tasks.

Great training for advancing on the Scrum Master learning path
The course was well structured including regular group exercises and ample support materials. I particular enjoyed the numerous case examples John Coleman presented from his professional experience. They helped greatly in grounding the Scrum Master learning experience.

John provided a challenging and interesting class, showing great flexibility and posing challenging ideas and concepts.

Freshen up my PO skills
I wanted to freshen up my PO skills given that the last Scrum PSPO I certificate I earned was in 2017. I had attended John Coleman classes before and I love his way of teaching so I gladly sign up for this. I was not disappointed, John covered brilliantly all the aspects of what it is to be a product owner, it was a great exercise for me to establish and confirm the skills I have.

CSPO Training Feedback
Though I have working experience in Agile, the trainer and the training artefacts provided more insights. Workshops were good and interactive. Discussion with multiple people provides more exposure. Queries are clarified with real life examples which was more interesting. One suggestion would be to include workshop use cases based on the training participants work Industry.
