Eye opening facilitation Training
I had a very interesting training with Francesco Macri as a trainer for PSFS certification. He is very empathetic and supportive to all the participants. He made sure that everyone engaged in participating and learning through exercises. It was really eye opening and help me improve my knowledge area as a Scrum master or Agile coach.

Absolutely amazing training!
The training was absolutely amazing! Francesco was facilitating our training while explaining what he is doing and tools he was using.
I loved his presence, humour, ability to stay on the objective and skilfully manage time, and yet being open and available for topics outside the training. He is a mentor I truly respect and always want to learn more from!

Francesco is a great trainer will an amazing capacity for creating a trust environment even in a remote setting. I like the way he facilitates the trainings, constantly encouraging discussing but never imposing. It was very interesting to learn facilitation techniques by actually using them to learn.

The regular connection between theory and real context examples made everything easier to understand.
The exercises and later discussions were critical to consolidate the knowledge and then be able to apply it on real product life

Clear, Understandable and Super Interesting Course
This Scrum course exceeded expectations, offering a comprehensive understanding of Agile and Scrum.
Francesco is someone that you can see that has a lot of experience; the sessions were engaging, interactive, and filled with practical exercises.
The re was a lot of room to everyone sharing experience, questions, real scenarios. Francesco was always available to answer questions and make us think ahead.
Overall, it's highly recommended for anyone looking to master Scrum and thrive in Agile environments.

Francesco is a very experienced trainer!
Francesco is a trainer with great Scrum experience. For every doubt, he can explain things with very good examples to make our understanding better. The additional reading suggestions were excellent. He was very open to receiving feedback and was open to providing additional doubt clarification sessions for the PSM exam.

Over the past 10 years, I've worked with Scrum and taught it in both small and large organizations, using Scrum values and empiricism to navigate complex challenges. Today, as an Engineering Manager and Agile Trainer at Mercedes-Benz.io, I still rely on these principles.
