Good space to share Agile/Scrum experience
Great time, great group and great trainer Beata. We have an opportunities to talk about Scrum, Scrum Master role and whole framework. Good example from worklife, discussion and new point of view on knowledge Scrum Guide.

Highly recommend!
I was a bit sceptical towards an online course, but I'm very happy from my final choice. We collaborated on an online board and some exercises were conducted in smaller breakout rooms.
Beata is an excellent trainer, she was well prepared, answered all questions and gave us space for discussion and made everyone feel very comfortable. I highly recommend taking this course, it was very productive and conducted in great atmosphere.

PSM training feedback
A lot of examples provided during the course mase it much more crear, understanable and interesting. Due to the materials prepared in the same style as a hand made drawing, it makes me feel comfortable and like gaining knowledge from a real human, not from the institution.

Excellent Review of Scrum.org
So far all works as expected, open-assessment training was very useful to prepare for certification. The level of additional knowledge in regard to the Scrum framework was well thought out and its accessibility easy to find - especially when I wanted to learn on different aspects of Scrum like for example the difference between product goal and sprint goal and how to definite, etc
I will definitely recommend your services to others that are willing to get a professional Scrum Master certification.

The workshop I attended helped me to pass the exam on first attempt. Beata is a great specialist with a lot of experience that she shares in the most practical way. The atmosphere at the workshop was very welcoming and the whole group was willing to share their experience and struggles in the product development world. I would love to come back to Brass Willow and Beata to continue my journey as Professional Scrum Master!

I couldn't wait the second day of the training
In addition to the advanced knowledge and deep understanding of Scrum, that I gained during the training, Beata encouraged each participant of the training to share their practices and experience, so that the value for all of us would be even higher. Despite the form of the training (an online meeting), the tools was perfectly adjusted and I never felt bored or distracted. I highly recommend Beata as a Scrum trainer.
PSM II exam passed at my first attempt with around 95% score.

About Beata
Beata is a developer, Scrum Master, agile and business coach.
She started as a developer and quickly became the refactoring-guy-on-duty for the team and the teacher of all the quality stuff. At some point she realized that there is something even more important then clean code. Something that creates environment where writing clean code is easy and natural. She got interested in agile and scrum and soon started spreading that knowledge together with clean code. But it wasn't enough - she became a Scrum Master and learned classic coaching from the best coaches in Poland. Now she's three in one: Developer, Scrum Master and a Professional Coach.
She shares the knowledge all over the country with her classes. She believes that knowledge about human brain can make software development easy. It can make working a happier and even the world a better place.
